17" (43 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eye shadow, single stroke brows, closed mouth with petulant shaped lips, brunette mohair bobbed wig in tousled ringlet curls, felt arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, circa 1930, the doll was presented in the 1928 catalog as model 300S. Value Points: the early model is wearing well-detailed original Tyrolean costume with polka dot felt tie, embroidered suspenders, silver-button studded belt, lederhosen, woolen stockings, flower trimmed green felt hat and leather shoes, and carries a bouquet of felt flowers.
