Description
15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head with sienna-brown complexion, brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, black brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, row of tiny porcelain teeth, pierced ears, French brown composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: R.R. Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1890, the doll was specially commissioned for the as-yet-unidentified doll shop designated as R.R. Value Points: rare to find doll with fine luminous complexion, antique costume.
