27" (69 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with rounded face, delicately tinted complexion, blue glass inset eyes in deeply set smaller sockets, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with shapely torso, gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1860. Value Points: very beautiful portrait-like face with finest complexion and painting, wearing lovely white pique gown with soutache embroidery.
