15" (38 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead of lady with solid domed, angular face and long slender throat, her head tilted to the side, painted blue side-glancing eyes with heavy eyelids, red upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips, brunette mohair wig, muslin stitch-jointed body, porcelain lower limbs, black painted shoes, antique silk costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, attributed to Dressel and Kister, circa 1890. Value Points: very detailed modeling with defined features such as throat hollow and eye lids.
