Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, light brown mohair wig in elaborate upswept 18th century style, cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset jointing at hips, knees and elbows, bisque lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1. Comments: French, attributed to Gaultier, circa 1870. Value Points: finely painted delicate complexion, rarer bisque hands wearing antique ivory satin gown, undergarments, tan heeled ankle boots.
