Each is all felt, jointed neck, black leather "shoe-button" eyes, orange wool yarn hair, he wearing a white felt shirt with applique red and blue checks, blue felt pants with white buttons, black bow tie, black felt shoes and cap, she wearing blue dress with red applique flowers, white cotton pinafore and bloomers. Condition: near mint. Marks: (each has original tags, #326/1000 ) and "RJW" (brass button). Comments: R. John Wright, 2004, based on the characters from the book series by Johnny Gruelle. Value Points: matched set, each includes original certificate of authenticity, along with original box, faithful representation of the beloved characters.
