Description
6" (15 cm.) larger dolls. Each of two larger dolls has bisque shoulderhead, glass inset eyes, painted features, closed mouth, original mohair wig in ornate fashion, muslin body, bisque or porcelain lower limbs (not original), nicely costumed, marked S&H 1160. Along with German soft metal filigree doll carriage, 4" all-bisque doll with large blue glass eyes, original jointed limbs, lovely silk costume and carrying her own tiny bisque doll. And three all-bisque dolls with painted eyes and mohair wigs, two with yellow ankle boots, and one with swivel head. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900. a wonderful vignette presentation.
