Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, perfectly oval face and elongated throat, small brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, heart-shaped upper lip, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, bisque arms to above the elbows with slightly cupped hands, wearing ivory satin gown with lace trim, undergarments, tulle veil with petit point embroidery, corsage. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1865. Value Points: the rarity of the model is rivaled by her stunning portrait beauty, loveliest bisque, complexion and painting of features, rare body with bisque arms.
