Composition shoulderhead, sculpted brown bobbed hair and painted facial features, side-glancing brown eyes, closed mouth, cloth body with jointing at shoulders and hips, composition hands. Excellent condition, shoulderplate repainted, original paint on hair and face. Marks: E.I. H. c. 1914., The doll is wearing factory original costume and has original celluloid pin "Jackie Coogan Club". Jackie Coogan (1914-1984), began in vaudeville, was discovered by Charlie Chaplin and played his sidekick in the 1927 silent film,"The Kid" from which he earned his nickname.
