Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderhead, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, pierced ears, brunette human hair upswept wig, kid poupee body, and with attached skirt of hundreds of folded papers, each containing a hand-written fortune in French, many being famous quotes of early French poets and philosophers. Excellent condition, costume is frail. Marks: 2/0. French, doll by Gaultier, circa 1875, wonderful fortunes. PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.
