Description
11 1/2" (29 cm.) Brunette sculpted hair, wearing brunette side part flip wig, curved eyebrows, large expressive brown side-glancing eyes, coral lips, straight leg body, wearing #22604 plaid cotton dress from 1967 that was an exclusive to the Japanese market, with hat, and original "New Midge" fashion booklet. Condition: excellent, faint shadow of green at ear. Mattel, 1964, "New Midge" was introduced in Japan to create a doll that appealed to the aesthetics of Japanese children. The doll was produced one year only, and is extremely rare to find.
