Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and shoulderblades, deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows with feathering, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, well-defined dainty tongue tip, impressed philtrum and chin dimples, pierced ears, blonde human hair wig over cork pate, slender kid body with Chevrot hinging at hips carved wooden lower legs, kid-over wooden upper arms, bisque forearms with well-modeled fingers, vintage fabric teal blue silk dress and lace, undergarments, matching bonnet, stockings, black kidskin shoes marked "Bru Jne Paris" (in oval). Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bru Jne 10 (head) Bru Jne No.10 (shoulders). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1884. Value Points: very beautiful model with finest sculpting especially of lips and chin, finely-painted complexion and facial features, original very sturdy body and perfect bisque hands.
