Description
15" (38 cm.) cradleboard. Nestled in a woven carrier of split cedar and wild cherry roots is a buckskin doll with beaded eyes and mouth, fringed kidskin bows in hair, buckskin costume with beads and fringed detail. Included is an old paper tag from Hudson Bay Fur Co. of Seattle describing the doll and the basket. Very good condition. Late 1800s.
