8" (20 cm.) x 7" framed. The painting on ivory depicts an exquisitely painted portrait of the royal queen, with detail of costume including coiffe with lace edging, strands of pearls, beaded applique on gown, and with fine detail of eye shading and shadowing of face. Excellent condition. Early 1800s.
