8" (20 cm.) Carved wooden buffalo with glass eyes, leather horns, ball-socket neck, closed mouth, deeply-defined carving of mane, jointed legs, rope tail. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut, from the Humpty Dumpty Circus, circa 1910. Value Points: wonderful original finish is superbly preserved on the rarely-found animal, glass eyes, deep carving.
