20" (51 cm.) Dark blond wig in short curled hairstyle. Wearing tagged ensemble including black wool felt suit featuring a circular skirt with faux rhinestone buckle and with rhinestone chevron on a jacket lapel, sleeveless blouse, white taffeta and tulle slip, white taffeta panties trimmed with Val lace, seamed nylon hose, and black high heels, rhinestone ring, elegant silk rose hat mounted on a buckram base, pink hatbox with curlers and shear white gloves. Near mint condition. Alexander, model 2119, 1957, with original box. The doll, with gorgeous painted finish that is wonderfully preserved, did not appear in the 1957 catalog and may have been an exclusive model.
