Description
19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue spiral-threaded glass eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils of rounded tip nose, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with straight wrists, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 204 12. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1890. Value Points: bright-eyed child with charming expression, impressed dimples around mouth and eyes, original body and body finish.
