Description
6" (15 cm.) Carved wooden head with tinted eyes, brows and lips, painted black hair in bobbed style with bald spot at crown, cloth body, wooden hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Chinese Door of Hope Mission, circa 1920. Value Points: rare petite size with expressive slightly smiling lips, wearing original costume comprising pink silk tunic under green vest with pink edging and frog closures, pink leggings with green ankle ties, pink slippers, red silk cap with embroidery and pom-pom.
