Description
7" (18 cm.) Set of five all-composition dolls, each with socket head and baby body, sculpted hair, painted brown side-glancing eyes, jointing at shoulders and hips. Each is wearing original pastel pique romper suit and matching bonnet, shoes and socks, and with brass name tag; they are presented in a woven basket with lace and cotton lining, containing another set of dresses, bonnets and undergarments. Also included is composition Doctor Dafoe with grey wig and smiling expression, and Nurse with brown sleep eyes, each wearing original uniform which is tagged "Madame Alexander". Excellent condition, doctor's left hand has chipped fingers. Madame Alexander, 1935.
