18" (46 cm.) Firmly-pressed composition socket head with very plump cheeks, textured complexion, defined eye sockets with painted brown eyes, accented nostrils, closed mouth with mischievous crooked smile, auburn mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique linen overalls and white shirt, saddle shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: from the series of dolls introduced at the Munich Art Fair in 1908 from the Marion Kaulitz art studios. Value Points: rare model with wonderful expression and artistic painting.
