20" (51 cm.) Tosca hair with forehead curls and arranged curls at her shoulders, real lashes, red lips, lady-shaped body, wearing tagged polished navy blue cotton dress with tiny pin dots, white taffeta and tulle can-can petticoat, panties, stockings, red cross-strap heels, and white straw hat with tulle streamers. The doll is in excellent condition with professional re-touch on face, the costume is near mint. Alexander, 1958, the costume is a variation of model #2211 which was a solid color polished cotton, and was also created in the tiny pin dot model and in larger polka dot; this pin dot variation was created for both Cissy and Elise in that year.
