19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head with rounded face, small blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils of rounded nose, closed mouth with defined space between the richly-shaped lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, antique dress, undergarments, boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1488 Simon & Halbig 8 1/2. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: very well defined features, the plump cheeks contrasting the bright little eyes, fine luminous complexion.
