Description
8" (20 cm.) Ash-blonde hair arranged with curls and bangs, bendable-knee walking-style body. Wearing tagged crisp taffeta gown in a shadow-print lime green and cream pattern, with five rows of tucking at the hem, black velvet jacket with beaded edging, taffeta faille petticoat and pantalets with lace ruffles, socks, black side-snap suede-like shoes, black woven bonnet with feathers and net veil, black velvet reticule. Near mint condition. Alexander, model 434, and booklet. The doll was described in the 1957 catalog as "Aunt Agatha dressed in true ante-bellum fashion".
