Description
17" (43 cm.) Softly-stuffed golden silky plush head with silk-lined ears, shoe button eyes centering silky petals, petal nose with star center, muslin body with golden plush paws. The bear is posed, standing human-like, and wearing original red and white striped dress with attached blue pinafore and rick-rack trim, attached-petticoat, pantalets, felt bonnet with floral trim. The dress has original cloth label "Madame Alexander, New York" and there is an original paper label "Posey Pets by Madame Alexander". Madame Alexander, 1951. The bear is rarely found from this series.
