Description
8" (20 cm.) Each of five dolls is all composition with sculpted short brown curly hair, painted side-glancing brown eyes, rosebud-shaped lips, jointing at shoulders and hips, toddler body. Each is wearing original organdy pastel dress with matching bonnet, onesie undergarment, socks and shoes, and with metal name tag. The costumes are tagged "Dionne Quintuplets/Madame Alexander/New York". Near mint condition. Madame Alexander, 1936. The dolls are presented in original wooden carousel with five different animal seats (dog, duck, squirrel, kitten and bunny) with name of one of the Quints at the side of each, and with original striped canvas top.
