Seated upon a wooden sled is a bisque-head doll with blue glass eyes, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth, accented lips, blonde mohair wig, hollow carton torso which separates at the waist for use as candy container, composition lower arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1890. Value Points: wonderful all-original preservation, the beautiful doll wears patterned velvet hooded jacket with maroon plush trim, green velvet pants over hidden candy container torso.
