14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead, blonde sculpted hair in short boyish fashion, blue intaglio eyes in well-defined eye sockets, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled as though open, accented lips, two sculpted teeth, hollow carton torso which separates at waist for use as candy container, wire upper arms, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks Heubach (sunburst) 3 Germany (model number partially illegible ?864). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: all original with rare candy container hidden body, wearing original knit winter costume, shoes, and carrying wooden skis and ski poles.
