12" (30 cm.) h. 12"l. Bisque-head boy with blue glass inset eyes, painted features, open mouth, blonde lambswool wig, carton torso, metal upper arms and legs, hinged legs, and metal hands, is pulling a wooden side-slat cart with metal spoked wheels. When wound, the boy moves legs forward, pulling his toy cart behind. Condition: generally excellent. Mechanism functions well. Comments: Roullet et Decamps, circa 1900. Value Points: the delighted young lad is wearing his factory original black velvet sailor suit, and his cart is filled with four little pups and three miniature bisque dolls.
