22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head, intaglio brown painted eyes in deeply-set sockets, painted upper lashes with short curly lashes, short brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with well-defined space between the full outlined lips, impressed dimples in cheeks, auburn mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 536 8. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1910. Value Points: especially fine modeling details such as upper-glancing intaglio eyes, original body and body finish.
