20" (50 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with high domed forehead, blonde brush-stroked hair in short boyish fashion, pronounced sculpted ears, painted facial features, light brown eyes in defined sockets, black upper eyeliner, high angled brows, rounded nose, closed mouth modeled as though open, deeply impressed dimples in center cheeks and lip corners, double chin, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with side-hip jointing, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, minor body wear. Marks: C.P. 200 50. Comments: Catterfelder Puppenfabrick, circa 1910. Value Points: very rare model with outstanding and distinctive features and expression, especially of dimpled cheeks, eyes and ears.
