18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with very plump face, painted blue eyes with darker blue outer rims, downcast black pupils, dark outline around the sockets, painted all-around lashes, arched feathered brows, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, softly-stuffed kid torso and lower legs, kid-over-wooden bottom rims of torso, upper legs and upper arms, jointing at hips, knees, and shoulders, bisque arms to above the elbows, antique silk gown, undergarments, stockings, shoes, black bonnet. Condition: imperceptible restoration at side of head, four finger tips chipped. Marks: (Rohmer stamp on torso). Comments: Leontine Rohmer, circa 1857, the body style was deposed in her in 1857. Value Points: rare and beautiful doll with original body signature.
