17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, fringe-painted lashes, one-stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very full lips in pouting expression, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique silk rose dress, undergarments, stockings, cream kidskin shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 43 (head) Handwerck Germany (body). Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt from the art reform movement series, this being the model marketed as "Marie" in the rare glass-eyed variation. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque, painting, body and body finish.
