5" (13 cm.) h. 7"l. Porcelain dresser box with yellow painted finish accented by shell-shaped trim, matching lid upon which is posed a woman in bathing suit lying on stomach, her head held high with arms outstretched, sculpted bathing cap and shoes. Marks: Sitzendorf (with crown over C, gilt paper label). Excellent condition. Germany, Sitzendorf, circa 1920.
