Description
8" (20 cm.) Each is all carved wood with original painted finish, including ostrich, Style IV, with painted eyes, jointed neck, swivel head, jointed legs; zebra, Style III, with painted eyes, jointed neck and legs, rope tail, leather ears; and Zebu, Style II, with painted eyes, jointed neck and legs, leather ears and horns, rope tail. Each carving is especially fine, especially the Zebu, and each has well-detailed original finish. Schoenhut, circa 1915.
