13" (33 cm.) Bisque socket head, tiny blue glass sleep eyes, fringed upper curly lashes, one stroke brows, tiny nose, closed mouth modeled as though open with shaded lips, smiling impish expression, laughter crinkles around the eyes, blonde mohair wig, composition bent limb baby body, Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1428 6. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: rare little character with especially fine modeling of laughter lines and crinkles, choice bisque and painting, original body and body finish.
