13" (33 cm.) All composition with socket head, sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eyeshadow, open mouth, two upper teeth, blonde human hair in original coiffure, jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original peach organdy dress with lace trim over matching peach taffeta underdress and panties, socks, gold side-snap shoes and sequin crown. The dress is tagged "Princess Elizabeth/Madame Alexander/New York". Near mint condition, eyes clouded. Madame Alexander, 1938, the doll has beautiful complexion with rosy cheeks, pristine costume.
