16" (41 cm.) Solid-domed bisque swivel head with unique construction to precisely fit the bisque torso, loop attachment, brown painted baby hair with detailed comb-marks, painted facial features, blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, thick single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, suggestion of modeled tongue, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 229-36 (head and torso) Comments: Gebruder Knoch, circa 1912. Value Points: very rare largest size all-bisque with signed and matched body parts, unique neck articulation.
