10" (25 cm.) h. 9"w. The ebony-finished upright piano with beaded edging and silver handles and trim, has a beveled glass front window, and hinges open to reveal a velvet lined interior with beveled mirror back and fitted compartments for various toiletry bottles, display for pocket watch, and various bone toiletry articles. A key at the side is used to wind the hidden music box which plays a wonderful vigorous tune. Excellent condition. Music functions well. French, circa 1890.
