20" (51 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead, blonde sculpted hair with deeply waved curls drawn from her face and decorated with a cluster of Dresden flowers, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, rose-blushed eye shadow, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, sculpted upturned collar with scalloped edge, muslin stitch-jointed body, leather arms, sewn-on stockings and leather boots. Condition: one piece break and reglue at back shoulderplate. Marks: 135 8. Comments: C.F. Kling, Germany, circa 1885. Value Points: very beautiful and rare early doll, wearing exquisite antique costume.
