Description
8" (20 cm.) All-bisque with swivel head on bisque torso, brown glass eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line between the very full lips, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, shapely modeled around the knees and ankles, painted knee-high stockings with scalloped edges, black four-lace ankle boots, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, flake on hip rim of left leg. Marks: 4. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: especially beautiful doll with charming expression, rare painted fancy boots on shapely legs.
