14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead, blonde sculpted hair arranged in vertical curls across the forehead, thick double braids at the back of head and with magenta bow at the crown, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, sculpted cameo brooch, cloth body, bisque lower arms and legs, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, tiny chip at left corner of breastplate, body is not original. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factors include rare coiffure, magenta hair bow, glass eyes, sculpted cameo.
