5" (13 cm.) Waist-up porcelain nude lady with grey sculpted hair sculpted in fly-away extended-length locks (modeled away from her body), lavender wide-brimmed bonnet with upturned side, original hole behind a large purple bow designed for insertion of real feather, her arms held in unusual pose in front of bosom designed to hold a muff as shown in the painting. Marks: (blue bishop staff stamp). Generally excellent, chip at tip of bonnet. Germany, circa 1910, depicting the 18th century French actress, Madame Mole Raymond as she appeared in a famous oil portrait by Elisabeth Vigee-LeBrun.
