The framed crewel needlework on beige silk background features a fruit filled urn being carefully viewed by a vividly feathered bird; the urn is surrounded by various flowers, and in the bottom right corner a little squirrel is nearly hidden by a large flower petal. Framed. Excellent condition. English, late 18th century.
