8" (20 cm.) Bisque socket head with flattened solid dome, blue glass eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with richly-outlined lips, brunette mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 261 dep Germany. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1890s. Value Points: especially endearing expression on the rarely-found petite closed mouth doll.
