17" (43 cm.) h. 13"l. The wooden framed bed has wire armature canopy frame, and is fitted with original softly padded mattress with homespun cover, silk bed cover with metallic border and fringe, matching pillow roll, and magenta silk curtains and canopy with metallic fringe and tassels. Frame is excellent, covers are original albeit quite worn. French, 18th century.
