Description
9" (23 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on bisque torso, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, brunette mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white stockings with blue rims, black one-strap heeled shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: piquant expression on the large all-bisque doll with wonderful antique costume of cream wool with lace overlay, undergarments, woven bonnet.
