Description
10" (25 cm.) The bisque bust on fancily decorated plinth depicts a solemn-faced young boy with brown sculpted hair beneath a flat-topped cap trimmed with feathered edging and tassels, and with downcast painted blue eyes, closed mouth with outlined lips, sculpted blue jacket with upturned scalloped edge collar and lavender tied neck scarf. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885, outstanding detail of costume modeling and decoration.
