Description
19" (48 cm.) including ears. Of white silky plush, the rabbit has pink satin-lined ears, petal-shaped eyes with black centers, petal nose, white cotton body with plush paws. She is wearing a pink/purple checkered cotton dress with attached green vest and organdy apron, long pantalets, and a lavender felt bonnet with floral cluster. The dress is tagged "Posey Pet/Madame Alexander/New York USA". Excellent condition. Madame Alexander, the rabbit appeared in the Easter Promenade 1951 ad featuring Posey Pets and cloth dolls.
