Description
7" (18 cm.) x 6". A wooden box with brown leather cover and having embossed design on the lid centering the word "Mary" in gilt letters, hinges open to reveal mirrored interior lid, and a blue velvet cushion with sewing tools; the cushion lifts off to reveal a secret compartment with still more tools including German silver scissors in original case. Excellent condition. Circa 1880.
