Description
37" (94 cm.) h. x 34"w. (39" if front panels opened) x 17"d. The wooden two story dollhouse is painted original cream with hand-painted decorative borders, faux-marble painted side columns, grey paned windows on all sides, mansard roof (which removes for access to added European wiring for interior lights, not known if working), widow's walk above the roof line, balconies on each side, lock and key for closing the front panels. The interior features four large rooms with interior hinged doors, and the rooms have wall and floor papers or carpets (possibly original) as well as curtained windows. Excellent condition. The house was a center feature in the Madame Bossard collection. Mid/late 1800s.
